ASO is looking for a Shuttle Bus Driver to work in Ft. Cavazos, TX.
Responsibilities
- Drives minibus or van to transport clients, trainees, or company personnel; drives vehicle from individual or central loading area to social services or rehabilitation center, training location, job site, or other destination according to assigned schedule.
- May assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle, secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.
- May operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service, clean and/or service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
- Keeps records of trips and/or behavior of passengers, and perform other duties when not driving such as, custodial and building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- 4+ years driving experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
- High School Diploma/ Equivalent.
- Ability to receive a favorable TIER 1 investigation.
Desired Qualifications:
- U.S. Army 88M series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate : $17.20.
