Assembly/Warehouse Associate summary

Our client is seeking an Assembly/Warehouse Associate to join their team. They are looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in assembly and be perfectly comfortable lifting 60-75 lbs. on a regular basis. This position does require a driver's license for the future possibility of making deliveries.

Assembly/Warehouse Associate responsibilities

• Will pay $14-16 hrly DOE + benefits
• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
• Willingness to learn how read blueprints and verify the parts required prior to assembly.
• Double-check connections to ensure they match and record any discrepancies in assembly log.
• Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
• Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment.
• Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
• Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.

Assembly/Warehouse Associate qualifications

• Experience in assembly, shop labor, or related fields
• Ability to lift 60-70 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong work ethic
• Driver's License

Assembly/Warehouse Associate skills

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in general assembly work
• Experience with power and hand tools a plus
• Basic math and communication skills
