Location: Lubbock, TX

Type: Contract-to-Hire (Potential for Direct Hire)

Pay: $24–$35/hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a respected company in the manufacturing/distribution industry to find a highly motivated Logistics Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience and a deep understanding of international import/export regulations. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at leading teams—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead logistics operations: shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory
• Supervise a team of 4–5 logistics staff
• Ensure import/export compliance with international trade laws and documentation standards
• Manage and optimize ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and freight forwarders
• Resolve shipping/customs issues and maintain accurate logistics records
• Track performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement
• Train and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team

What You Bring

? 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field

? 4+ years of ERP experience (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

? Knowledge of global trade and import/export regulations

? Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

? Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure

Bonus Qualifications

?? Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred)

?? Certifications like APICS or CILT a plus

?? Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

?? 10+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
