Pay Range: $20-$21.50/hr on W2, 40 Hrs/Week
Job Description:

Provide first-level troubleshooting and basic technical support to end-users of computers and related technologies. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as providing training and follow-up support.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve computer errors, software, hardware, and networking issues for end-users.
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve user problems and inquiries.
User Training: Train users on computer setup and new technologies as required.
Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
Hardware Maintenance: Clean and perform basic repairs on computer hardware.
Follow-Up: Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and provide additional support as needed.
Escalation: Refer more complex issues to higher-level IT staff.
Experience and Education
Supervision: Performs work under direct supervision.
Problem Complexity: Handles basic issues and problems; escalates advanced issues.
