Our CT Construction Project Managers assist our customers with everything from roofing repair & installation, commercial roofing, flood & fire repair, and remodel.

The CT Construction Project Manager should have experience in general construction with knowledge of restoration construction in water, wind, fire, and mold.

• Base Pay: $40k + commission

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The following statements describe the principal functions of this job and its scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.

• Assemble detailed and accurate project estimates
• Job site visits
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Material selections
• Quality control
• Meet job deadlines
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Simultaneously oversee multiple residential & commercial projects
• Manage high risk and complex projects
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others
• Coordinate job starts and schedule appointments with customers and clients
• Coordinate work duties with subcontractors and field personnel
• Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget
• Secure applicable permits
• Meet with inspectors as required
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism
• Stay up to date the accident and injury policy and incident reporting procedures
• Implement site-specific safety plans

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to build and maintain long term professional relationships.
• Ability to manage team members and sub-contractors in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Track record of successfully managing construction projects with a well-defined timeline and budget.
• Applicant should be a self-motivator and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• Must be a positive representative of the company and support the company's core values.
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must have a passionate and persistent attitude
• Must have the necessary computer skills
