Chair and coordinate the institutions CARE Team, ensuring best practices in case management and intervention and facilitate weekly meetings for timely and appropriate responses to reports of concerning behaviors. Develop and implement CARE Team processes and protocols to enhance the effectiveness of threat assessment and intervention efforts. Develop individualized intervention and support plans for at-risk students in collaboration with appropriate departments. Maintain accurate and confidential records of CARE cases and Title IX reports in compliance with all laws and regulations. Provide training and education to faculty, staff, and students on recognizing and reporting concerning behaviors, and outreach efforts to promote a culture of care, early intervention, and mental health awareness.
