Responsibilities & Duties
Proactively monitor and maintain customer network infrastructure.
Create and manage tickets for network issues.
Troubleshoot network and server problems.
Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades on customer equipment.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Develop knowledge base solutions for common issues.
Work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotation.
Efficiently handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally and knowledgeably.
Qualifications
Education:
Computer/Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar bachelors degrees or Associates Degrees
Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requiring a high school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Requires 0-3 years experience of operating, troubleshooting, and/or designing Service Provider Networks (This position is open to both entry-level and applicants with some industry experience)
Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
