The reports must be accurate and timely to ensure proper follow-up by applicable business leaders. This position requires the position holder to maintain security and confidentiality of documents and information. Daily critical reporting preparation including: dairy liquid reconciliation, milk balancing, problem product, and others as needed This position is responsible and accountable to ensure product meets food safety and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan and company policies.
