About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences through excellent service and efficient store operations. You will be responsible for processing freight and supporting omni-channel fulfillment effectively.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process products, handling truck shipments, and executing stockroom operations and omni-channel tasks seamlessly.

• Replenish the sales floor based on sales performance and seasonal needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with their product inquiries and needs.

• Uphold product protection standards to ensure the safety and security of merchandise.

• Support the training of new hires on Kohls standards including product knowledge, inventory management, and operational procedures as directed.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and focus on detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• No prior retail experience is necessary.

• A minimum age of 16 years.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
