Target - - Responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard to guests.; Greet guests and assist with their needs, solving issues and answering questions.; Promote and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.; Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, managing checkout and reducing wait times.; Educate guests on Target App features (Wallet) and guide enrollment in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
