Providence Health & Services - - Responsibilities: Provide a centralized knowledge base for all departmental duties and functions including Lift Tech, Dispatch, Courier, and Transportation programs; Coach staff and make sound decisions to maintain safe operation of patient movement equipment; Ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures including quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control programs; Report issues to Supervisors and assist with training/coaching less-experienced team members; Perform with minimal supervision as Lead Patient Transporter
