What You'll Do

• Hunt for new business across the janitorial, food service disposables, and packaging markets.
• Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Break into new verticals and identify high-value opportunities before competitors do.
• Win and grow key accounts in facility management, education, healthcare, food service, and manufacturing.
• Deliver bold, persuasive presentations and proposals that close deals.
• Provide real-time market insights that shape strategy and drive smarter decisions.

What You Bring

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute quickly.
• Comfort using CRM, ERP, and digital sales tools.

Other

• This position requires minimal travel around the assigned sales area.

• Must be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to demonstrate vacuums and floor equipment for customers.
