Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities: Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and ensure the hotels equipment and systems function properly; Log and follow up on maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner; Communicate regularly with the Assistant General Manager or General Manager regarding building conditions and related systems; Supervise external contractors performing maintenance work; Adhere to company policies and ensure a safe, compliant work environment
