Job Description

We partner with independent contractors who are serious about remote work and capable of managing their responsibilities in a professional home office environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who: can follow structured systems without hand-holding, show up consistently and on time, understand that remote work requires accountability.

Role Overview:

• Provide customer service support via phone
• Resolve inquiries using established processes
• Document interactions accurately
• Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production

Requirements:

What you should know before applying: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Certification attendance is mandatory. Startup and equipment requirements apply. Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal.

Technical & Workspace Requirements:

Pay Structure:

Contract rates typically range $12$15/hour, depending on program. Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed. This opportunity rewards consistency, preparation, and follow-through.
