Must live in CaliforniaJob Details Responsibilities Draft and file legal documents in California state civil courts (including e-filing)Prepare discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and case correspondenceTrack court dates, deadlines, and hearings, maintain litigation calendarCoordinate depositions, mediations, and trial preparationManage client communication and file organizationAssist in drafting and organizing demand packages and trial materialsQualifications 3+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally at a personal injury plaintiff-side law firmStrong knowledge of court rules and deadlinesExcellent clerical skills with attention to detail in document preparationExperience including drafting motions, preparing discovery, reviewing records, scheduling, e-filing, hearing and trial preparation, and file and calendar managementAbility to draft clear and concise legal documentsStrong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficientlyStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivatedSpanish fluency is a plusParalegal certificateInterested in hearing more?
