Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary - Physical Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients based on individual care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain documentation in accordance with facility protocols. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and care plans. Utilize body mechanics and safety techniques in therapeutic activities. Ensure compliance with professional standards and policies. Qualifications Licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience required. Proficiency in Epic charting system. BLS certification is required. Experience with a variety of patient diagnoses including post-surgery and neurological conditions. Strong patient assessment, evaluation, and discharge planning skills.
