Construction Project Manager Construction Services

The Construction Project Manager Construction Services leads and coordinates the daily field operations of the in-house construction team delivering renovation, remodeling, and small capital projects (typically up to $1M). This position directly supervises in-house project team of approximately 10 skilled trades personnel including carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general craftsmen and several external contractors. The position plans, directs and coordinates construction projects through direct reports. Participate in the conceptual development of projects and oversee organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently to meet scope, budget, and schedule expectations, and TTU's quality standards. Collaborate with customers, respective Operations departments, and stakeholders to ensure timely and coordinated project delivery.
