• Starting pay is at $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Automotive billing experience
• Records all incoming inventory from manufacturer and all used vehicle purchases.
• Posts all new vehicles from manufacturer to inventory and GL.
• Stocks and bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin.
• Verifies all liens are paid in full or otherwise makes appropriate payoffs.
• Issues equity checks for purchases that have equity.
• Floors and pays off flooring on all sold units.
• Posts all incoming and outgoing rental vehicles to inventory.
• Monthly floorplan reconciliations.
• Works with floorplan auditors during floorplan audits.
• Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred
• Valid State Driver's License required
• Must consent to pre-employment background, MVR and Drug screen.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
