Administrative Assistant

IES Commercial, Inc. dba IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in Abernathy, TX. This position is project based and the expected duration is two years. Weekly hours estimated to be 56 hours per week depending on jobsite needs. Must be proficient in both English and Spanish.

Job Summary

• Provides project-specific clerical and administrative support
• Compiles, updates and processes records, files, and databases
• Data-entry, filing, scheduling, record keeping, coordination of meetings
• Provides open lines of communication with employees, project managers, and customers
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Spanish and English
• Two or more years' recent administrative or office support experience
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
